CM First offers expert engineering to help users customize their CM First products. We also can accelerate large projects by helping customer ramp up quickly in using our products and tailoring the operation of them to meet specific requirements. We will even develop APIs to facilitate custom integrations.
CM First offers retained support services to provide on-demand engineering services for longer-term engagements. We provide this support for our own products, including CM evolveIT, CM M3, CM WebClient and CM Matchpoint, as well as for our partners’ products, including CA 2E, CA Plex and others.
